1. Return Period

Customers may request a return within 30 days from the date the order is received.

To be eligible for a return, products must meet the following requirements:

• Items must be unused and in original condition.
• All original tags, labels, and packaging should remain attached.
• Products must not show signs of washing, wearing, damage, or modification.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected or subject to a deduction from the refund amount.

2. Exchanges

If you need a different size or replacement item, please contact our customer support team before sending anything back.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect, defective, or damaged due to our error.

3. Personalized Products

Products with personalized options require special preparation and are made according to customer selections.

Customized items, including products with selected names, numbers, or personalized details, cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing issue or an error caused by FanWearStyle.

4. Incorrect or Damaged Items

If you receive an incorrect product or your order arrives with a quality issue, please contact us within 7 days after delivery.

Please include:

• Order number
• Photos showing the issue
• A brief description of the problem

After reviewing your request, we will provide an appropriate solution, including replacement or refund when applicable.

5. Refund Process

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will send a confirmation email regarding your refund status.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Please allow your payment provider additional processing time after the refund has been completed.
